• Your law school experience, including course content and evaluations, may differ significantly from the content we cover, and you accept that this is a possibility that we are not held responsible for.

• No refunds are permitted once the course has begun.

• We retain copyright to any course materials, and you agree that you will not disseminate them beyond your individual use. Any distribution of materials by JD Ready to you constitutes a revocable license for your individual non-commercial use.
